Description:The role of a Customer Care Associate I encompasses both daily tasks and focusing on fulfilling customer needs. The position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who is adept at working in a high volume, dynamic environment. Effectiveness in this role requires problem-solving abilities, the ability to work individually as well as on a team, and a drive to exceed customer expectations.Provide exceptional customer service on issues such as password recovery, website navigation, account summary, how to fund an account. Maintain detailed notes on contact made and resolution of customer issues. Escalate issues to other departments as needed and follow through to ensure resolution.Establish a working knowledge of issues concerning our products.Qualifications:Experienced working with customers on a daily basis in a high volume fast paced atmosphere, demonstrated customer service skills required! Able to interact with enthusiasm with customers and co-workers on a consistent basis Willingness to continually work toward professional and personal development Exceptional organizational skills and communication skills (both written and oral) Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks is a must!
