Customer Call Center Representatives Needed in Doral · Under general supervision, assist customers with all types of account inquiries and concerns, and with any discrepancies while servicing their needs. Â· Perform banking transactions such as stop payments, wire transfers, check orders, fee reversals, CheckCard activations, hot carding and fax statements. Â· Learn the organization's products, services and policies to provide information and promote the cross-selling of bank products.  High school diploma, GED, or equivalent reading and writing skills.  Must be fully bi-lingual in English & Spanish Direct Temp-Hire position (No agencies please)  Several shifts available: 3:15pm-12am Tuesdays & Sundays off2pm-10:45pm Wed & Saturdays off9am-5:45pm Sat & Wednesdays off  To apply for this position, please visit our website and answer all pre-screening questions. www.mercantilcb.com and click on the "careers" tab.
