The duties of this position include collecting past-due amounts on high volume credit accounts. Contacting customers through verbal and written communication. Informing customers of delinquent consequences with tact and discretion. Assessing individual circumstances and decide appropriate actions to be taken.Qualified candidate must have experience in collections environment. Must have very professional demeanor and willingness to interact directly with customers.
