An Online Commercial Bank in the Claymont, DE area is seeking a Corporate Contoller.
A salary of $90,000 - $100,000 is being offered for this direct hire position.
Job Description: Knowledge of accounting principles, practices and applications. Knowledge of business acquisition and expansion principles and practices. Knowledge of principles of healthcare reimbursement, accreditation and grant management. Knowledge of related federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations. Knowledge of the principles and practices of cost accounting and strategic planning. Knowledge of budget preparation and analysis techniques. Skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans, goals, and procedures for cost effective management of allocated resources. Skilled in effectively managing and leading staff, and delegating tasks and authority. Skilled in analyzing financial issues and making logical recommendations based on findings. Skilled in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and demands. Skilled in analyzing and evaluating accounting and internal control methods and financial reports
Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years exp while working for a Public Traded Company
- Previous Banking experience a Plus
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA strongly preferred
- Minimum 7 years financial management experience
- Excellent communication skills
