Contract AnalystContract Analyst Salt Lake City, UT Zions Bancorporation has an immediate opening for a Contracts Analyst to join the Corporate Contracts Management team in Corporate Procurement. The Contracts Analyst is responsible for analyzing and negotiating vendor contracts including purchase agreements, professional service agreements, software and hardware license and maintenance agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDrafts contract language with legal department guidance. Communicates with internal business owners and vendors to coordinate contract reviews and approvals. Manages detailed records in contract management database and reports regularly on the status of contracts in development. Works closely with vendor management analyst to ensure that contracts adhere to internal policies and reflect current regulatory requirements. Participates on procurement sourcing teams to support vendor relationship research, summarize contract terms and conditions, and advise business owners during negotiations. Other duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor´s degree and 2+ years experience analyzing, drafting, and negotiating contracts. Experience using relational database for contract tracking and administration. Working knowledge of PC software including Microsoft Word is essential. Superior issue-spotting, problem solving, and consensus building skills as well as mature judgment. Strong preference for attorney licensed in the state of Utah or JD degree.
