Consultative, Personable, Pleasant Private Banker Needed - Regional Bank
My name is Tracey Smith and I am an Executive Recruiter who specializes in placing commercial bankers throughout the Rocky Mountain and Midwest region. I have the honor of being the exclusive recruiter on this search and helping my client seek a personable and charming Private Banker in beautiful Montana. They will relocate someone to the area who is within the State of Montana, OR originally from Montana and would like to return to the area. In this role, the employee will manage full-service banking relationships with high net worth customers and oversee a portfolio of simple to moderately complex accounts. The ability to cross-sell products, ensure compliance, keeping well-maintained files, and present these products to customers at this level will be crucial to the employee’s success in this role. Although there is an established portfolio, further development of the portfolio via new business development to meet the goals set forth is another criterion for this position. The employee will also have the opportunity to further their skills by supporting higher-level bankers in managing larger, more complex account relationships. The more you learn, the more you will develop your career with this reputable bank! The portfolio is a mix of banking products (75%) and investment products (25%). A commercial lender, who holds their financial licenses, or willing to obtain those, is an ideal candidate for this position. All loans are presented to the credit team prior to approval; again, excellent presentation and written skills are essential. The candidate in this role must be comfortable discussing full balance sheets with their clients, have a good understanding of interest rate hedge alternatives, strong sales and marketing skills, and a work ethic that satisfies the needs of the bank as well as the customer. If you are looking to take your career to a higher level and work for the best in the industry, then we should talk. I can be reached at 303-679-3590 ext. 5 M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. M.S.T.
