An International Bank located in New York City is currently seeking an Compliance Associate.Â Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: ensuring compliance by the companies with all applicable regulations, preparing required reports and filings, research potentially applicable rules and regulations, and keeping the Compliance Officer informed of requirements/deadlines.Â Negotiating and drafting legal documentation for derivative products transactions. Must have compliance related experience in the U.S. securities markets.Â Ability to draft legal documents is required.Â Willingness to obtain General Securities Representative license (Series 7) and to take other securities industry exams.Â
