Key is meeting the future with confidence. Won’t you join us? Outstanding opportunity available for a Community Development Compliance Manager II based in Seattle, WA! Manage and direct internal and external community reinvestment activities within assigned sitrict. Direct CRA compliance activities to ensure KeyBank serves the credit needs of the entire community. Essential Functions1.Technical Compliance. In assigned geographies, monitor technical compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) through a process of self-audits. Primary focus will include monitoring lending patterns, investments, charitable contributions, services, branch openings and closings, district recognition and community contacts. The frequency and content of the self-audits will be determined by CRA Compliance. As audits are completed, work with the District Coordinator to share the results with the District President and leadership team. 2.Community Outreach. In home geography, develop and maintain contacts with community leaders, especially those whose organizations are located in an LMI neighborhood or serve LMI clients. These relationships should include government entities, non-profits, affordable housing entities, small business associations and other centers of influence. Essential in discussion with community contacts is identification of credit and other product needs. Additionally, work closely with the District Coordinator as an advocate for CRA/LMI opportunities, especially as it relates to contributions and sponsorships. Work with District President to ensure that the district leadership team is involved with LMI related leaders and organizations as well. 3.One Key Activities. Participate as an active member of the district leadership team in assigned geography, including actively sourcing new business opportunities for both CDB and other lines of business. This includes making joint calls and presentations as appropriate, especially in partnership with the retail team. Work together with the district coordinator to ensure that the district team is fully aware of CDB production and outreach activities in the geography. 4. Urban LMI Strategy/Rural LMI Strategy. As the LMI strategies are rolled out across our footprint, serve as an active member of the implementation team. This includes paving the way for district partnerships with community groups who will serve in an advisory and referral capacity for our LMI initiatives. Strong partnerships with the retail team will also be essential to the success of our LMI initiatives. Required Skills· Must have a commitment and passion about profitably serving low and moderate income clients and neighborhoods in innovative ways. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration or Urban Studies · 3-5 years of compliance/regulatory community development experience. · Requires demonstrated knowledge and experience working with government and community development organizations. · Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Life at Key is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
