Communications Manager II - Corporate Social Responsibility Communications Job Description: Specific Job Description:Individual will manage communications programs associated with Bank of America's corporate social responsibility platform. Specifically, individual will manage external and internal communications associated with company's community development programs, developing communications strategy and executing on initiatives. Individual will be required to have deep and thorough understanding of Bank of America's community development business and balance multiple priorities simultaneously. Individual will also be required to devise innovative communications plans targeting employees, external stakeholders, executives, media and other constituencies. General Description: Directs major communication programs, involving management of associates and/or projects. Primary responsibility for leading and managing a team (that may consist of both associates and external vendors) accountable for the successful design, delivery, financial management, communication and/or administration of complex company wide communication programs. Communications may be in the form of electronics, print, face-to-face, video or writing. Also responsible for the program's design, production, and distribution. Responsible for the hiring, managing, training and developing associates on their team. Required Skills:* 8+ years of related communications experience* Demonstrable experience in creating and executing comprehensive communications plans* Strong written and oral communications skills* Exceptional at influencing and integrating across a large organization* Ability to work with senior executives and display executive presence* Candidate must be highly motivated and able to work independentlyDesired Skills:* Interest and experience in corporate social responsibility programs* Media relations and public policy experience highly desirable To Apply for this position, please CLICK HERE
