Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40+ Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (May be required to come in earlier or stay later if needed) Qualifications 5 or more years experience working with senior executives in a business setting. Excellent and effective business writing and communication skills are essential. Experience managing multiple complex projects and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Outstanding written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization are key. Excellent organization skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent understanding and proficiency of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power-point, Outlook). Prior exposure to highly sensitive information and/or material. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work within deadlines with minimal supervision. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain Excel spreadsheets very helpful. Professional ethics and confidentiality required. Responsibilities Perform important administrative responsibilities as needed for CEO of RBS Americas and Citizens Financial Group when she is on location in Rhode Island, and other executives as needed. Work effectively with other Executive Assistants to ensure complete and effective support. Work with the Head of Internal and Executive Communications for RBS Americas to write and generate letters, memos, emails on behalf of the CEO as part of overall outreach efforts. Coordinate production of briefings, calendars and presentations as required. Coordinate meetings and events as required. Coordinate and support a variety of additional communication and administrative activities and projects as needed. Assignments typically involve work of a highly confidential and complex nature. Exposure to highly sensitive material, requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
