Communication Center Service Representative

We’re looking for individuals who can build relationships by doing more than expected and handling our members’ business efficiently and accurately.If we’ve just described someone like you, we have a position open in our organization that might be of interest.Communication Center Service RepresentativeOur Credit Union has an immediate opening for a personable, professional, customer-oriented individual at our inbound communication center assisting members with a multitude of products and services.  Our Communication Center staff works 8-hour shifts ranging from 7:50 a.m. to 6:10 p.m., and Saturday (from 8:50 a.m. to 1:10 p.m) work would be on a rotation schedule. This position requires between six months and two years of similar or related experience in the financial industry, and obviously credit union experience would be a plus. We want someone who is adept at handling customer questions and concerns while creating an exceptional member experience. Plus, of course, a passion for working with people. Starting pay is based on education and experience.
