Commercial Real Estate Underwriter

Our client a National Real Estate Lender is seeking to add a Jr. Level and a Sr. Level Commercial Real Estate Lender to their Nassau County Office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years Real Estate Underwriting/Lending experience and possess a strong hands on knowledge of Construction lending. In addition to the day to day Underwriting responsibilities the individual will also get involved in Asset Management. Salary $100k plus with an opportunity to earn up to a 20% annual bonus.
