Job Purpose:
Leases commercial office space by prospecting, networking and developing customer contacts;Â negotiating contracts.
Multi-national boutique commercial real estate firm seeks driven sales professionals to be an integral part of leasing team. Excellent growth potential with company that has doubled in size every year since inception. Opportunities available in commercial and retail leasing as well as investment sales. Excellent midtown location, state-of-the-art two screen computer system, lead support and advanced training program provide for unlimited earnings. Foreign languages a plus. Residential experience can be considered.

Duties:
* Identifying and approaching prospective tenants by telephone canvassing, networking, advertising, creating and distributing marketing materials; participating in community and regional activities; preparing and submitting proposals; negotiating leases.
* Shows leasing availabilities by setting appointments; providing property, financial and comparative market information; preparing and submitting term sheets.
* Completes lease execution by reviewing and negotiating terms; obtaining signatures, deposits, and payments.
* Continuously updates job knowledge by studying real estate leasing trends and economic conditions; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;Â developing personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.
* Accomplishes organization goals by meeting production targets;  expands company presence in market.
