Consider putting your customer service skills to good use as a Collector.Under the direction of the collections supervisor, you will be responsible for the collection and servicing of all assigned accounts. Our Collections Representatives contact National City customers to advise them of their loan responsibilities, and they use their customer service and problem solving skills to help customers make loan repayment. The ability to handle a large volume of accounts with a great customer service attitude is needed. The ability to multitask while on the phone and computer is a must.QualificationsQualifications:- High School diploma or GED- 1-3 years of related experience (Call Center, Telemarketing, Collections, etc.) - Knowledge of Microsoft Word- Previous collection experience a plus - Pass Collector Assessment- Bi-lingual skills a plusBenefits:- Individual/Team Incentives- Paid Vacation and Holidays- Health Care Insurance- 401K- Tuition Reimbursement Related Information National CIty Corporation subsidiaries and member banks are Equal Opportunity Employers.
