Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Qualifications 6 months - 1 year collections of bank related experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. College degree preferred. Strong computer and typing background. Responsibilities Collection activity of delinquent accounts through predictive dialer. Bring delinquent accounts to resolution while providing excellent customer service. Assure compliance of all collection laws and regulations. Input data entry information, send letters and make quality collection calls in a timely manner.
