CustomerService/Collection Agent

Basic Function:

 

The Customer Service/Collection Agent has responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

  Handling of in bound and out bound calls;  Resolving outstanding payment issues; Knowledge and/or experience with a predictive dialer  Determining and monitoring any necessary payment plans; The ability to multitask;  Maintaining and enhancing on going relations with customers; As well as executing the best possible collection strategy with an end objective of increasing recoveries for all accounts in default.
