The Providence, RI office of Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP is currently seeking candidates for a full-time position as a Collections Representative
Ideal candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consumer and small business collections, preferably within a financial or professional services setting.prior experience in all phases of collections including client contact, workouts and restructures, litigation, skip-tracing, and bankruptcy.prior billing experience in a law firm or professional services organization is beneficialexcellent organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independentlyability to interact with attorneys throughout the firm on a daily basisproficiency in Microsoft applications, and intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
