Collections Rep - Call Center - Training Starts 10/20/08 - 6159
Description:ResponsibilitiesResponsible for contacting past due customers to negotiate payment arrangements that benefit both the company and the customer.Make outbound collection calls via telephone to negotiate mutually agreeable payment arrangements with past due customers. Manage a workload of 500-600 accounts. Negotiate and document account information simultaneously.Maintain approximately 30 calls per hour - 240 calls per day, department standard.Utilize credit bureaus and account information as well as locator searches to contact customers.
