Client Service Associate
Description:Â
The Client Service Associate is a crucial role enhancing the client experience by focusing your time on serviceing and growing the Wealth Advisor's business. Interacting with clients, anticipating thier needs, solving thier problems and follow through to provide exceptional serivce.
Responsiblities:
You have a focus toward Client service, being a Team player, and very Detailed oriented with proven organizational skills. You can manage time efficiently and like to Multi-task. You have proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as being a Self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations. You are independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action. You have a high school diploma and 2-5 years experience.Â
Planning and preparation of dailiy activities, maintaining appointments, processing deposits and transactions are all important administrative duties.  Processing new accounts, account transfers, and day to day changes with accounts. Handling incoming calls, coordinating outside vendors, maintaining client lists and files, ordering supplies, monitoring scheduled events, and other miscellaneous operational activities.
Requires: Excellent Attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation, a strong focus on getting the details right, excellent phone skills and a genuine interest in serving and caring for other people and professional presentation.Â
Helpful:Â Previous industry experience in the financial services and/or banking industry and likes to think outside the box.
Salary and Benefits:Â Dependent on previous experience.
