Client Development Assistant
Our client, a large commercial bank, in Raleigh, NC seeks a Client Development Assistant to join their team.The Client Development Assistant will work directly with the Client Development Officers on a daily basis projecting the 'first class' culture of the Bank. Interested applicants must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check.
Job Responsibilities will include:
Support the banks deposit strategy and daily operations with more poracitve approach to collecting deposits. The CDA will assist the CDO in calling on clients in regards to gathering deposits, developing Deposit Proposals and on-boarding new relationships. The CDA will offer support by following up on the client’s deposit strategy set up by the CDO to ensure implementation. Specifically will coordinate opening of DDA, MMIA, Sweep, Ready Reserve, Internet Bank, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Authorizations, ACH Agreements, Merchant Services, and Corporate Visa Credit Cards. This included setting the accounts up, monitoring them and providing maintenance when necessary. Follow up on the return of above mentioned products. Be proactive to contact client and finalize receipt. Responsible for quality assurance and review of the aforementioned. Troubleshoot customer service issues between client and Bank and communicate as necessary to CDC and CDO.
Requirements
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Detail Oriented Strong Organizational skills Ability to work with others- team player Background/experience in deposits/loans 2 years of banking experience required. Bachelors Degree preferred. This position is a fulltime, direct hire opportunity. It is paying in the low 30s.
