Clerical Support Specialist / Account Management Administrator

A Palm Beach County Financial Services firm is seeking a Clerical Support Specialist and Account Management Administrator that is responsible for supporting a team of Funding Executives in their efforts to develop new business including processing of contracts, handling direct inquiries from potential sellers, coordinating efforts between the Funding Executives and our Processing Team and other activities necessary to expedite funding.

  Responsibilities:

  Communicate with Sellers via telephone to coordinate transactions on the behalf of the Funding Executives  Support Outbound Calling and Mailing programs as needed  Ensure a smooth hand off from Sales to Processing by providing an introduction  for the Seller to Processing Contract Back Specialist  Produce daily reports  Liaison between sales and Processing  Provide Management with timely Sales Reports   Prepares files for delivery to our lender  Review invoices

Requirements

  Financial services experience a plus  Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and contact management software  The ability to take advantage of the Internet for research, lead generation, financial information, and sales strategies  Effective organization and rapport-building skills  Strong phone presence
