POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Eight plus years of strength in Consumer Lending, underwriting and risk management.Proven track record of new business development successes.Strong leadership skills in the areas of underwriting and credit risk for consumer portfolios.Positive and enthusiastic communication skills.Track record of quality decision making and development of teams. Person must enjoy a fast paced emerging and entrepreneurial environment. Significant bias for action and results. Salary to $120,000 plus bonus, plus potential equity.
