Chief Operating Officer
We are looking for an impact player to provide strategic direction to the credit union’s lending, member service, marketing, and retail operations. The credit union’s 14 branch network consists of retail facilities on and off military bases in Maryland, Washington DC, New Jersey, The Netherlands and Belgium. Areas of oversight also include the credit union’s call center operations. Successful candidates will have experience managing across these core functional disciplines and have a proven track record and driving sales and service initiatives, operational efficiencies, membership growth and penetration and new SEG development. Candidates will be innovative in the development of products and services that meet the specific demands of our client’s dynamic field of membership and will be motivational leaders that focus on organizational development through a collaborative yet decisive management style. A bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of senior management experience in the areas of lending, retail operations and member service will be required.
