Change control management test engineer
Will be defined later General requirements : * Have excellent knowledge of the following SCM tool technologies (with 1st or 2nd level support experience required):
o IBM Rational Team Concert
o IBM Rational Requisite Pro
o IBM Rational Insight
* Proven IT change and release management experience preferably in a ITIL led corporate environment (up to 4 years)
* Proactively identify ways to improve, change, and release process and methods
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Must have good business awareness, with the ability to understand technical explanations and solutions and explain this in business terms
* Have excellent interpersonal skills, including both verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to work well with people at varying levels of the organization and third parties at different geographical locations. Experience of working in a distributed, and a global environment would be a plus
* Have the drive and tenacity required to deliver
