The role supports Asset Services and specifically the Global Asset Services Program. This is a strategic program supports Asset Services in all regions, across multiple business lines and technology environments. The business analyst will liaise with global Asset Services teams, other Operational teams, IT and business representatives from both Cash Equities and Prime Brokerage for both regional and global initiatives for the following:Analysis and Solution Definition Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry Works as part of larger team project team identifying feature set (high level requirements), supporting use cases creation and creates, reviews and edits business requirements related to proposed solution Completes objectives associated with various phases of the projectsTesting Participates in test planning activities including test case and test script development Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner Communicates changes to development teamProject Execution Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules Communicates and applies project standards Consistently delivers high-quality deliverables We can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and teamwork and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.
