Card Production Associate/2nd Shift

Operate production machines including Datacard 9000, NBS Image Master, Multicard MC 1200 printers, bursters, metering machines,and general office equipmentperform high speed, high volume production tasks such as embossing, inserting and sorting. Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams and other simple malfunctions, and unload production equipment. Maintain productivity on all systmes and deliver a quality product while meeting all production demands. Identify and resolve clearly defined problems. Complete and maintain Operator reports and logs including: output, productivity & shift sheets. Reconcile incoming and completed work. communicate all issues, concerns or questions to the Production Dept.Management.Able to do repetitive work, communicate well, solicit work when necessary. Must be flexible to changes in duties, workflow and priorities. Expected to work overtime when necessary.
