The teller must be continuously aware of fraud loss and check cashing guidelines as well as all security/retail policies and procedures.  Cash must be balanced within established guidelines. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • 6 months cash handling experience Preferred Qualifications: • 12 months(s) experience in a customer contact environment. • 12 months(s) cash handling experience in a retail environment. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: • Understanding of PC/10 key functions. • Understanding of customer service techniques. • General/Basic understanding of banking services. SKILLS: • Good organizational skills. • Detail oriented. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal/sales skills. • Customer service skills.
