Call Center Representative (Customer Service)
Water and Power Community Credit Union (WPCCU) a $500 million credit union in Los Angeles is currently seeking a Member Service Representative for our Call Center in Downtown Los Angeles.
This is a great opportunity to get hands on experience and get started on a career! We are seeking an energetic individual to work in our Call Center as an MSR. This position will provide value-added quality service to the credit union members by efficiently and accurately handling all member transactions and questions, including loan underwriting, explaining services and responding to problems. In addition, promote a retail sales environment by selling all credit union products and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate should have
· A minimum of one year customer service-banking experience
· One year Teller banking experience
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Bilingual-English/Spanish speaking skills a plus
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Suite and
Internet browsers.
This individual needs to be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
