Call Center Representative
Call Center Representative
We are looking for a customer focused individual with at least one year banking experience to provide excellent service from our information desk.Â
The ideal candidate will have a friendly telephone voice and manner as well as proven computer skills.Â
Call Center representatives listen to customers in order to resolve issues and identify opportunities for sales.   Reponsibilities include documenting, researching and responding via telephone, e-mail and written correspondence.
Previous call center experience is preferred. We currently operate a five person call center from our Main Office in Watertown Square.
