Call Center Representative

We are looking for a customer focused individual with at least one year banking experience to provide excellent service from our information desk.Â

The ideal candidate will have a friendly telephone voice and manner as well as proven computer skills.Â

Call Center representatives listen to customers in order to resolve issues and identify opportunities for sales.Â Â Â Reponsibilities include documenting, researching andÂ responding via telephone, e-mail and written correspondence.

Previous call center experience is preferred.Â We currently operate a five person call center from our Main Office in Watertown Square.
