Call Center MSR

E1 Financial Credit Union is looking for a highly motivated individual with superb customer service and sales skills.  As the Call Center is often the first line of contact, excellent communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills are required.  The ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and adapt to changing needs is critical to the position.  The primary duties of the Call Center MSR include assisting members with telephone requests (transfers, payments, opening accounts, loan inquiries, certificate renewals, etc.), responding and resolving any member issues, directing calls to the appropriate area, and cross selling appropriate products/services by identifying the member’s needs. 

 

Requirements:  High school diploma/GED, and AA degree or work equivalent.  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environment. 1-2 years related experience in the financial industry
