Customer Sales & Services Associate Sr. (CSSA) is responsible for responding to customer needs for new and existing product sales and service. Responsible for coordinating and implementing sales and service programs as assigned with regard  to their assigned team. Responsible for directing branch operation and sales team to provide customer service during the absence of the supervisor or manager. Task include analyzing branch activity, ensuring that customer issues are handled, promoting sales referrals while complying with Bank policies and procedures, providing on-going staff development relating to technical and product knowledge, referrals and customer retention.In this position, you will be responsible for providing leadership and work direction in each of the Bank's critical customer contact areas. Adhere to all Bank operational procedures and guidelines.  Exercise good judgment with assigned approval limits.  Generate business through direct marketing and interaction with customers.  The senior CSSA will be making sales calls in the community or in the grocery store aisles to maximize sales opportunities.  The Senior CSSA will assist in developing sales skills in junior employees. Meet or exceed assigned sales activity goals by executing the recommended sales and service tools and techniques of the Extreme Sales & Service process. Participate in branch business development campaigns.  The Senior CSSA will facilitate sales activities.
Requires completion of the  Consumer Loan Series Certification or comparable level of certification.  Requires 4+ years of banking operations/customer services and generally  includes 3+ years' direct sales experience in consumer financial products.  Has high level of working knowledge of all consumer products and services.  Ability to work in a flexible environment regarding work routine and schedule.
