Real Estate Law Office –
Our company concentrates its practice in the preparation of residential real estate mortgage documents. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and a team oriented business casual work environment.
We are looking to employ closer/document preparation specialists for positions located in the Dallas and Arlington areas.
Candidates must have the following skills:
*Knowledge of guidelines on Conventional, FHA and VA loans
*Familiarity with title commitments, surveys and closing documents
*HUD review/Funding a plus
*Strong analytical and decision making skills
*Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent interpersonal, organizational and prioritization skills
*Execellent oral communication and writing skills
*Ability to work well with others as a team
*Must be motivated self-starter and adapt to a changining environment
*Knowledge of PC's and ability to adapt/learn/utilize multiple software programs
*Ability to type and use a keyboard with sufficient speed to meet job demands
