Position: Client Service Representative - Franklin & Andover, MA
Group:  Mutual Fund Operations


Summary Description:
Excellent entry level career opportunity in Financial Services.  The Client Service Representative provides shareholders, brokers and financial advisors with high caliber customer service in response to inquiries about Putnam's products and services. In this role, the CSR will apply industry knowledge to respond to telephone inquiries related to individual accounts, mutual funds, and markets as well as resolve operational issues.
Specific Responsibilities include:
*Provide service and support to shareholders, brokers and financial advisors.
*Receive inbound phone requests and respond to client needs.
*Provide support with account set up, request processing and problem resolution.
*Provide product information and legal requirements.
*Build and maintain knowledge of Putnam products, services and business requirements.
*Completion of New Hire Training Program, as well as continuous Putnam Product and Systems training.
*Collaborate with internal resources to service clients and meet quality standards.

Candidate requirements:
1. BA/BS degree
2. Solid understanding client service and ability to listen and empathize
3. Strong organizational skills. 
4. Attention to detail; ability to work in a deadline oriented environment.
5. Strong Internet/Intranet & PC navigational skills. Strong Customer service skills.
6. Minimum two (2) years experience working with clients preferred.
