We currently have an excellent opportunity in Walnut Creek, CA for a highly motivated professional to support the oversight and systems administration of all information systems used by our Commercial Banking Group. These systems include all systems used to manage customer relationships, customer profitability and customer contacts.

Additionally, you will:

• Provide financial and management reporting, as well as sales and marketing information to the Group
• Support the Distributed Systems Administrator for the Commercial Banking Group
• Work with business line managers to identify system needs, and develop recommendations to meet those needs
• Serve as a liaison with the Bank’s Information Technology unit in the implementation of any upgrades to existing systems or the implementation of new systems
• Ensure users are trained and system problems are addressed
• Resolve complex systems issues and customize systems
• Help coordinate and manage all sales and marketing-related activities, including the development and monitoring of pipeline reporting, referral tracking, product goals, etc.

Candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle, MS Access, SharePoint, and Technical Documentation
• A solid understanding of relational database structure
• Thorough knowledge of contact management database, management reporting processes, and commercial banking products & services
• Excellent organizational, management, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
• A strong customer service orientation
• PC proficiency
