For more information, visit State Street's web site at www.statestreet.com C#.Net Systems Architect, Assistant Vice President DUTIESResponsible for all aspects of Win32 / Web Service / Middleware / Application Integration / and GUI Web Based design & development including (but not necessarily limited to) the following: ? Develop all levels of specifications that detail the implementation of new and/or improved functionality for moderately complex projects. ? Working with software vendors to research solutions for our business needs. ? Perform overall architectural design down to individual class design. ? Program (code, unit test, integration test and debug) and maintain new and/or improved functionality based on system specifications. ? Research and develop solutions to problems discovered by QA or product support. ? Insure adherence to system design standards, coding standards, and development process requirements. ? Working with business group to understand business needs so that appropriate technology may be introduced into the PAM system. ? Provide architectural guidelines and proof of concepts for the appropriate technology when chosen. ? Work with business and system analysts during the full project life cycle by providing feedback on business and/or system designs.SKILLS (In order of priority) ? Around 8-10 years of work experience ? .NET environment including C#, WPF & WCF ? VC++ ? XML, Web Service (SOAP) and .NET experience with history of bringing projects using these technologies to completion ? Windows Socket Programming ? Building windows services ? Multithreading ? Security of public interfaces (Web Service, Middleware, etc...) ? Middleware (MSMQ, IBM MQ Series, Tibco, Java JMS) ? Understanding COM and other inter application communication methods ? Transaction processing (MTS) ? Some experience with database engines (Oracle, SQL Server) ? Experience with financial application is a plusEDUCATION ? B.S.
