Outstanding opportunity available for a Business Technology Recovery Manager based in Cleveland, Ohio!Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining overall responsibility for the timely restoration of business function and services as it relates to technology issues impacting our critical business applications and functions Providing accurate input and technology recovery status to Critical Incident Management (CIM) Leading a diverse support staff and facilitating others to form cohesive work teams Participation in periodic Technical Incident Management performance and decision process reviewsQualifications for this position include: Experience or training in recovery management principles and practices Proficiency with multiple technology disciplines and domains, Distributed, Network, Application Development and Mainframe systems ITIL certification in Service Management Cross-functional team-building capabilitiesLife at Key is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
