Business Systems Analyst Consultant

HomEq Servicing is a leading full service mortgage servicing call center owned by Barclays Capital. We are a growing company with offices located in Sacramento, CA, Boone, NC and in Raleigh, NC. HomEq offers unique opportunities throughout the organization and we are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst Consultant for our Sacramento call center.


Responsibilities include:
Managing medium to complex projects of large size and organizational span from onset to implementationAdhering to as well monitoring changes and additions to regulatory compliance lawsInterpreting and implementing regulatory compliance lawsAssessing the use and accuracy of all process documentationWorking with customer management groups to gain an understanding of business requirements.Researching and evaluating available technology and alternative solutions and making recommendations for systems design.Resolving complex system issues and maintaining expected service deliveryOverseeing technical studies of business area requirements and recommending appropriate alternativesActing as primary technical resource to customer group staff in all phases of the development and implementation processConsulting with junior team members, customers and peers to develop recommendations for technology projects

The ideal candidate must have 4 to 7 years analyst experience, extensive full cycle project management experience, as well as experience in regulatory compliance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access. Visual Basic programming is a plus.
