Drive new product development and delivery programs, communications programs, pricing strategies and targeted market segment development initiatives for full range of Business Banking and Affluent Consumer segment loan, deposit and service products. Develop tactical marketing plans for markets across company's footprint consistent with overall Bank, Business Banking and Retail Banking strategy. Develop business cases and product specifications based on market research, internal operational capabilities, legal and compliance considerations, and price/cost opportunity analysis. Collaborate with Business Banking / Retail line of business and other relevant internal constituencies in product design, development and pricing strategies. Lead the development of appropriate internal and external sales tools and other training and communications aids to improve product penetration. Communicate with and collaborate with Training resources to ensure highest level of effectiveness in the sales channels for development of quality new business. Participate as needed in merger-related product mapping, conversion plans, customer communications plans, etc. Guide and lead Product Management team; establish and maintain high credibility with all constituencies.You must possess these minimum background requirements: BA/BS/BBA degree required; MBA a plus. Minimum of 10 years overall experience with 5+ years of progressive relevant marketing experience in a sophisticated regional bank or financial services environment. Business Banking and Retail Bank product development and marketing experience. Market research & analysis experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills a necessity in this highly interactive work environment; experience in the formation and leadership of cross-functional teams. Strong strategic planning, budgeting, business forecasting and project management skills. Proficiency in use of relevant PC software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
