Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Company: First Citizens Bank Business Banker Position Description The Business Banker (BB) supports the Bank's mission through effective sales and service, targeted business development efforts and community involvement. The BB is responsible for developing and managing small business banking relationships in accordance with the Bank's core values, the Bank's operational guidelines and the Bank's prescribed sales process in an assigned area. The BB assists with accomplishing the area's business goals, positively impacting business development strategies, sales efforts and market expansion. Significant focus is on loan production, deposit growth and sales of non-credit fee-based products.The BB serves as the primary contact and financial advisor for designated customers, providing financial solutions that address both business and personal needs. Position Requirements Basic Qualifications:Four-year college degree (BA, BS, BBA) Business, Accounting or Finance preferred.Minimum 2 years experience in banking with emphasis in business lending/credit/business development.Other preferred skills:Strong analytical skills.
