Leading provider of financial services seeks one who is highly experienced in the Business Analyst capabilities who can operateindependently. A very capable individual who can contributesignificantly to strategic decisions as well as accomplishment ofdeliverables on highly complex products. Typically has 5+ yearsexperience. Significant corporate intiative working with 2 other business analysts(one of them in a Lead BA role). Must have skill in requirementselicitation, must have excellent written and oral communication skills,firm grasp of requirements gathering methodology as well as criticalthinking skills to aid with ensuring appropriate communication betweenbusiness and technical teams. Resource will likely need to generateUser Acceptance Test cases and aid with management and execution ofsome or all of the acceptance testing process.
