Our client is a stable regional bank that needs to add a Mid-Market Commercial Lender to their group. This is a bank with the proven ability to provide the total relationship with their clients. This position is for a producer who will increase volume in the mid-market group. You will be working with a new marketer in the group, who in addition to leading the group, is very well respected in the market. This leader will help the group by providing leads for them in addition to their own efforts. While working for this leader, you’ll be expected to produce $12-15 million in new business in the first year.  While you will have the chance to work closely with this leader, you will be empowered and given the autonomy to accomplish your goals as you see fit.
