Branch Support Representative I

Specializes in one of the following two areas: Retail - Answers questions by telephone from branch personnel either immediately or through follow up after obtaining answer from others. Consumer Direct - Provides customer service to the branch network. Supports branch personnel by researching and answering relatively straightforward inquiries and requests regarding the consumer loan application process. Reviews, interprets and analyzes loan documentation and provides resolution. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet; policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies.Requirements: High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Retail- 1-2 years branch or related experience. In-depth knowledge of Retail policies and procedures, products and services. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and legal account titling. Working knowledge of branch systems (teller, platform, E-mail, FIAS, ATM, etc.). Familiarity with WinCoins, SM, Deluxe, Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong customer service and judgment skills. Consumer Direct- 1-2 years of customer service experience required. Organizational skills, including ability to prioritize work. Customer service and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
