Branch Manager Trainee- Downtown Seattle District, WA
Follows an extensive training program that allows for the Branch Manager Trainee to personally learn all the functions in the branch. Upon completion of the Manager In-Training (M.I.T.) program, will be able to fully function in a Branch Manager position sharing in the management of the branch. Effectively learns how to identify the financial needs of our customers and fulfills these needs by providing appropriate products and excellent customer service. Provides campaign leadership, motivation and upon completion of the training for the branch staff, expands customer base and branch profitability. Integrates products/services with customers' needs and actively participates in the community. Spends time in training which may consist of a combination of on-the-job, classroom and hands-on training. Your Career is Here.
