Branch Manager II

This is a new M&I Bank office that will open in November!PRIMARY FUNCTION: Builds, develops, coaches and manages a successful team of bankers while matrix-line managing business partners within a branch or branches.  The Branch Manager acts as the Team Leader responsible for individual production, team business development and client management within a branch or branches.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: ·Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. ·Two - three years banking experience.OTHER EXPERIENCE:-2-3 years' of management experience -Completion of postgraduate banking certification program. -Extensive knowledge of financial industry products, services, pricing, tax and regulatory issues, profitability, policies, and procedures. -Outstanding sales, communication and interpersonal skills. -The ability to respond effectively to change and ambiguity. -Comprehensive coaching and training abilities. -Well established negotiations skills. -Sound organizational and time management skills. -Proficient computer skills (Bank Systems, PC, Salespartner).
