Branch Manager

Function as a capable leader; one who serves as a positive and energetic role model for the branch team and builds productive working relationships with other members of the broader Bank team.  A Branch Manager will be expected to use their leadership skills to meet or exceed expectations in Consumer Lending, Retail Sales and Retention, and Branch Operations.

 

Generate expected volumes of consumer loans on a monthly basis. Lead the branch team to identify customer needs, leverage relationships with other First South Bank teammates and use proven sales techniques to attract new business.

 

Develop a strong working knowledge of First South Bank’s consumer loan process and loan documentation requirements. Generate high quality earning assets to ensure that delinquency ratios stay within guidelines.

 

Effectively lead and develop the branch team to achieve expected sales goals established for the branch on a monthly basis.  Manage a valuable branch referral effort. Make outside business calls. Must maintain and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of all Bank products and services.

 

Serve as an influential role model to Retail Sales Associates through goal setting, measurement, coaching, training and recognition.  Maintain a cross-trained staff to assist with account opening and relationship expansion.  Implement a successful customer retention strategy. 

 

Serve as a Retail Sales Associate. Maintain a strong working knowledge of policies and procedures affecting the RSA position. Provide training and cross-training as needed.

 

Recruit and maintain a qualified, enthusiastic and professional sales team.

 

Master and promote Service Plus Customer Service Program.
