CitiFinancial Branch Network provides community-based lending services such as bill consolidation, debt refinancing, sales financing, home equity, home improvement, and other personal loans primarily through a branch network of approximately 2,500 offices in the US and Canada. We employ nearly 15,000 people and serve approximately 10 million customers. The Branch Account Manager often has initial and frequent contact with customers. Key responsibilities include selling loans and insurance products, making recommendations of credit worthiness, closing the sale, recommending solutions to difficult delinquent accounts, performing administrative tasks (such as cash drawer management, answering telephones, routine typing, ordering supplies and paying bills), and servicing accounts. “The minimum qualifications for this position include:” High school diploma or equivalent. Requires three or more years of directly related sales experience in a similar industry. Effective communication skills that demonstrate the ability to work directly with people in a customer service capacity. Familiarity with PC-like hardware/software, including use of PC keyboard and mouse. Availability to work flexible hours. Basic knowledge of accounting is helpful. Qualified applicants will be required to take a Pre-Employment Assessment Test before moving to the interview stage.
