We employ nearly 15,000 people and serve approximately 10 million customers. The Branch Account Executive is an entry level position. Key responsibilities include selling loans and insurance products; ensuring paperwork for loan applications are complete and correct; working delinquent accounts, scheduling loan closings, processing transactions affecting customer accounts; processing loan applications; performing administrative tasks (such as cash drawer management, answer telephones, routine typing, order supplies and pay bills), and servicing accounts. “The minimum qualifications for this position include:” High school diploma or equivalent, and up to two years of directly related sales experience. Effective communication skills that demonstrate the ability to work directly with people in a customer service capacity. Familiarity with PC-like hardware/software, including use of PC keyboard and mouse. Must be able to work flexible hours. The branch is open Monday through Thursday from 9am - 8pm, Friday from 10am - 5pm and Saturday from 9am - 1pm. Basic knowledge of accounting is helpful. Qualified applicants will be required to take a Pre-Employment Assessment Test before moving to the interview stage. External applicants selected for interview will be required to complete an employment application to include education and employment history.
