Bilingual Collector

MGC Mortgage, Inc., a large and growing Plano based residential loan servicing operation, is seeking candidates with strong collection skills for a Bilingual Collector position.

 

SUMMARY:

Collect on Residential Mortgages.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday - 40 hours per week with some overtime

At least 2 late nights a week until 8pm

Call center environment / strong customer service skills

Collect on sub-prime and residential loans

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and call on delinquent sub-prime residential and consumer loans

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 yrs mortgage collections experience

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Davox experience and college degree preferred not required

Knowledge of Foreclosure and Bankruptcy policies a plus 

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Bilingual in Spanish and English

 

OTHER SKILLS: 

Dialer experience a plus

Knowledge of servicing systems

Ability to work under pressure
