The Collector will contact customers for monies past due on their accounts and negotiate payment plans. Ideal Candidates will possess the following qualities: - Ability to handle 250 to 350 30-day and 60-day past due accounts - Ability to negotiate payment plans - Experienced in skip tracing accounts - Knowledge of collection and re-possession laws on the federal, state and local levelJob Requirements:- 1 to 3 years experience as a Collector, preferably in an indirect automobile operation - Bilingual - English and Spanish- Excellent negotiation and communications skills - Strong PC and MS Office skills - High School diploma or equivalent
