Basic Purpose & Objective of the Position:

Recruitment / Sales opportunity based in Irvine, CA. No formal recruitment experience is required, but recommended. Applicants should be energetic, enthusiastic individuals looking for a stable Inside Sales/ Recruitment career. Applicants must also enjoy being on the telephone and establishing relationships with potential Sales Representatives nationwide. Base Salary, commissions and benefits.

 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Some college level business education preferred.

 Minimum two years of sales / customer service experience.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Excellent computer and phone skills

 Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

 Ability to use logic and reasoning to render sound business decisions
